Astronomy and Astrology are the oldest sciences in human culture. The sky, the sun, the moon, the stars and the constelations have amazed and excited men since olden times. Ya'akov Boussidan has created a book of 24 etchings expressing the mood inspired by each sign of the zodiac. Alongside of each of the artist's black and white impressions, is an accomapnying plate taken from the ancient Babylonian sign and printed in red. The text is based on the Christian Astrology by William Lilly (1647). Thirty numbered copies and five artists proofs of this book have been printed on J. Green hand made paper.
